How can I know my size?

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been confirmed?

Size can be changed if our customer care team is notified within 12hrs. Products unfortunately cannot be changed or cancelled once payment is processed, and order is confirmed.

When and how can I use my tracking number?

For Global orders: You will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number through email as soon as your order is dispatched.

For Orders in UAE: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched and courier company will communicate to you directly for exact location confirmation.

I received my order, but it is faulty, damaged, or incomplete. How can I request a refund or exchange?

Please contact our customer service as soon as you discover your order is not as expected.

Please forward a picture of the issue to our customer care team and forward your order number. We need this info before processing your refund.

Do I have to pay duty and import charges?

For countries outside of the UAE. The customer is responsible for payment of any VAT, customs duties taxes, and related charges applicable to their order upon delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you make an order, to avoid any unexpected charges.

My country is not listed for delivery. How can I place an order?

If your shipping address is not listed at checkout, please send us an email to info@salfadubai.com with your order preference and address so we can provide you with a quote.

My piece is too big on me/l might've gotten the wrong size, can I get another size?

Size exchange pieces are only allowed if the request is sent to our customer care team within the first 48hr or receiving the order. The item(s) you want to exchange must be in their original condition, in original packaging and with labels intact. Customer will handle all shipping charges accordingly, please confirm with our CC team for more information.
