Return & Refund Policy

Each of our product is made in small batches and limited quantity through an extensive production process to meet your expectations and ensure full satisfactions. Once your order is confirmed, however, our team at Salfa are not obliged to accept requests for refund or exchange. Any requests will only be catered to based on product availability or the goodwill of our team.

Alteration Request

We only accept alterations with the following requirements:

  • Requests should be made within 48 hours of receiving
  • Alterations include sleeve or length shortening & bust narrowing
  • Delivery charges may apply and to be handled between client and shipping company

Return/Exchange Request

Product return and exchange will be accepted only if there was a mistake regarding your order from our side. Any item not in its original condition, however, will not be accepted. You can e-mail us at info@salfadubai.ae with the reason for return/ exchange, or fill in the form below:

Can I change/cancel my order? Will I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are typically unable to cancel or make changes once you place your order as it will be processed automatically. However, if you notice the mistake straight away, please reach out to us at info@salfadubai.ae and we will help you as best we can.

Can I return a product immediately upon receipt if I'm not happy with it?

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If not, however, we will only accept product return if there was a mistake from our side. We do not cater to "change of mind" returns.
